Our custom-built exhaust facility serves the North West and beyond, and is located a short distance from the M53 motorway in between Chester and Liverpool.

Hand crafted in T304 grade stainless steel by experienced technicians, we can build replacements for any original equipment or aftermarket exhaust. Whether a full system, part system or a basic repair, our Custom Build exhausts are fully guaranteed.

The Cybox Custom Build exhaust bays are totally unique in that they operate under the same roof as a volume exhaust manufacturer, and therefore share the vast resources and expertise required to produce the highest quality exhaust products. So why are we so different?

A quick Google search will list a large number of Custom Build exhaust centres. Quite simply, the majority have very limited facilities and use light duty bending machines which compress and distort the tube during the bending operation. This results in a 20% reduction in bore on a shallow bend, and a 30% reduction on a tighter bend. An exhaust system is only as good as its weakest link, so why compromise performance and settle for restrictive sub-par bending? In addition, they do not manufacture silencers in-house, and can only draw off a limited range of exhaust silencers and components.
